Dear Angela, the three-column layout depends tipically by the theme, anyway a plugin to do it in this way could a good idea. We will seriously think about it when we will plan our future releases, thank you very much for your suggestion!

Is there a way to turn it off in certain posts? There is one post that I have that has a form and I don't want it showing in that post. Great plugin! thx

Hi Eric, thank you for your appreciation. the option you want was just improved and fixed in the last version 1.0.5
Just edit the post or the page you want to exclude from ads and you'll find the option requested!
